It is no secret that we absolutely LOVE Peppa Pig and I don’t know who was more excited about the new Happy Mrs Chicken game being released for iPhone! But obviously, the only problem now is that I have effectively lost my new shiny iPhone to my daughters and their love of Happy Mrs Chicken!

It is no surprise that the app from P2 Games became an instant bestseller and after just two days it was charting at No 1 in the Top Paid Family Games and No 7 in the overall Top Grossing Games!

There are three interactive games plus a special bonus reward sticker book.  

The first game in the app, aimed at children aged 2-5 years – Happy Mrs Chicken is a fun and simple activity just like the game that Peppa and George play in the television programme.  You make Happy Mrs Chicken lay eggs and then these eggs hatch into chicks and scurry to either side of the screen.

Seed and Maze is a maze-style game and you have to drop a seed trail to guide the chicks home through a variety of 6 mazes.

Chicken Coop involves sending different coloured chicks to their correctly coloured homes and includes a mode against the clock. This is my personal favourite *cough*

Sticker Book  was definitely my 2 year old’s favourite and the points you collect playing the other games are rewarded with virtual stickers and you can decorate a ‘sticker book’ of 4 different scenes with around 25 items each. You can make the pictures over and over.       

All of the games feature Peppa Pig and her family plus all the familiar music and sound effects from the TV show and it goes without saying what a huge hit this was with us!
