(about me)

I became a stay-at-home mummy in 2006 after a boring career in banking that I’ll never understand how I quite fell into and am now truly blissfully happy playing (occasional) domestic goddess to my long suffering Other Half of over 17 years and (mostly) yummy mummy to my four beautiful children. I have a son who is 13 (when did I become old enough to be a parent to a teenager?!) and three daughters who are 12, 6 and 4. Yes, I have my hands full but I wouldn’t have it any other way of course!

My days mostly comprise of seemingly never-ending school runs and as much coffee, cake and Twitter as I can possibly fit in between. I blog (obviously!) but being a mummy often gets in the way of actually being a mummy blogger. Same applies to being a best selling novelist. But a girl can dream, right?

I am a Cision Top Mummy Blogger and Top Mummy Blogger on Twitter. I have also been listed as Netmums Blog of the Week and as a BritMums Good Read. If you are a Kindle user, you can also now find my blog over on Amazon.

I am a member of British Mummy Bloggers and am open to invites to review products or services. I am proud to blog with integrity and will always be transparent about any relationships with products or companies. I will always write completely truthfully about any such product or company and do not accept payment for any such review. Please note, I do not accept sponsored posts, any paid advertising or indeed guest posts.
