Who would live in a fridge like that..?

Well, actually, I hope NOBODY actually lives in my fridge but it made a rather nice title, don’t you think?

I have been tagged by my new bloggy friend Carole over at Carole Finds Her Wings in the fridge meme that is doing the rounds at the moment! Now, it is about halfway through my shopping week so it is at that point of being not completely bare yet but the best stuff has long gone!

So here’s what’s in my fridge…..

Thai green curry paste, Jamie Oliver green pesto (yes I sometimes cheat and use a jar but if it’s good enough for Mr Oliver to put his name to then it’s good enough for a quick supper for me!) salsa, ketchup and brown sauce (in our gorgeous new retro squeezy dispensers!) horseradish sauce, jar of Diablo chillis, Cream Soda SodaStream, organic semi-skimmed milk, light mayonnaise, sweet chilli sauce, chocolate fudge dessert sauce (not much of this left, obviously) two jars of the exact same strawberry jam both opened and both halfway through (?), raspberry jam, twelve fromage frais, one chocolate mousse (wonder which the children prefer – fromage frais or chocolate mousse..?) Laughing Cow Cheez Dippers (and no, that is not a spelling mistake, it really is spelt like that) low fat creme fraiche, mozzarella, double gloucester cheese, salami, peppered topside of beef, cooked chicken breast, honey roast ham, sunflower margarine, half a packet of baking butter, Yeo Valley Spreadable butter – one in the butter dish and one in the waiting, Anchor Spreadable butter (that is a LOT of butter isn’t it?) fifteen free range eggs, bacon, six pork loin steaks, smoked gammon joint, two bulbs of garlic, grapes, six tomatoes, round lettuce, spring onions, eleven carrots, strawberries, two red peppers, one green pepper, half a cucumber, Jerusalem artichokes (which I’m still deciding what to do with) seven onions, bag of new potatoes and half a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc (okay, maybe closer to a third of a bottle but who’s counting?)

So now you’ve had a nosey in my fridge, it’s over to you! I’m tagging Susan K Mann, Baby Genie, Whimsical Wife and Mrs M!

But of course, if you want to join in too then please feel free but do add a link in my comments so I can have a nosey, won’t you? 😉

Unfortunately we didn’t have the room for one of those fabulous big American fridges when we had the new kitchen put in (as much as I tried to squeeze one in!) so I’ve learnt to make the most of a small fridge 😉

All I can say is thank god I’m not at home this week, so sadly to all those that tagged me, I won’t be able to take part ! Phew!
