Fab ice lollies up for review.. and up for grabs!

Fab has introduced a new limited edition apple and blackcurrant flavour lolly just in time for summer and we were lucky enough to be one of the first in line to give them a try!

And the verdict..?

We loved them!

Although I think the original strawberry flavour will always be my absolute favourite as they conjure up so many memories of my own childhood, I have to say that the new apple and blackcurrant are a very close second! So as they are a limited edition, I’ll be stocking up while I can!

Now here’s the best bit. I was sent a fab (excuse the pun!) goodie bag and it seems mean to keep it all to myself so how about a giveaway? How do you fancy some vouchers to give the new apple and blackcurrant flavour Fab ice lollies for yourself? And I’ll throw in a gorgeous retro canvas bag, some badges and a pair of childrens flip flops too!

All you have to do is leave me a comment here on my blog and I will pick a winner at random. That’s it! It couldn’t be easier!

Oh, and don’t forget to join Fab ice lollies over on Facebook and Twitter to keep up with all the fun (and they also have lots of competitions too!)

*****And here’s the boring bit.. The competition is open to residents of the UK only (sorry rest of the world!) The prize will consist of a retro canvas bag, one pair of childrens flip flops, some badges and vouchers to the value of £5.00 to be spent on Fab ice lollies. No cash alternative will be offered. To enter, leave a comment on this blog. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries after the closing date of Saturday 23rd April 2011. The winner will be asked to provide a full UK postal address with postcode but if this information is not received within a week of being contacted, the prize will be re-drawn and a new winner will be contacted. (I think that just about covers everything!) *****

Fab Lollies take me back to those long hot summers in the late 70`s when i used to walk home from the park with my sisters and we would stop off at the little sweet shop on the way home and buy one to quench our thirst, happy memories 🙂

MMM I used to love my fab’s on a saturday afternoon, that was our treat if we helped to go shopping on a saturday morning

I think I was seven years old when I used to eat these, my eyes were agog with all the wonderful colour seeds on the top and when I used to suck it down to the stick there was that ice taste that then melted onto the soft creamy centre underneath. One of my fondest childhood memories, now I am a granny I will probably be buying them for myself and the kiddies

I used to eat the bobbly bits and white stuff and leave the rest because I did’nt like strawberry flavour ice lollies when I was a kid, luckily my kids are not as wasteful, thanks for the giveaway 🙂

I have always loved FAB lollies particularly the white milky bit before the sumptious cool strawberry ice cold centre. The coloured hundreds and thousands were great and I used to get them all over my mouth and face. Mind, you, they have certainly got smaller I have noticed!
