Lite Sprites up for review

You know when your children are sent a fabulous toy to review and you love it so much that you wish you could keep it for yourself? No? Just me then..? Well, the Lite Sprites were one of them!

We were sent a box full of Lite Sprites goodies from WowWee toys including some gorgeous Sprites, the Tree of Lite plus the Prisma Sprite Pod and Wand. I sound like I’m speaking in some sort of special sprite language here so I hope you keep up but the Tree of Lite is the centre of Lite-Topia where the Lite Sprites love to play. The playhouse all lights up and as if by magic you can change the colours using the wand or one of the sprites. The little sprites hang on canopies in their pods and it spins and changes colour. There is a staircase that all lights up and a lift that takes the sprites up to the balcony.

The Tree of Lite playset comes with decorative flowers, a Lite pet, a flower ring for your child and a path that can be used to link to other playsets. The magic Lite Wand and Sprites are sold separately so it’s not cheap but given how much we love it, I would say that it is worth it. We were lucky enough to be sent lots of goodies to get us started but there are other playsets available so it is quite nice that this is a toy that we can add to over time too.

I have to say that the Lite Sprites get a huge twinkly thumbs up from us. Magical lights and these gorgeous spinning sprites have given us hours of fun. They are just adorable. I am sure that they will be at the top of lots of lists to Santa this Christmas and honestly? I can see why. They are fabulous and can’t recommend them enough! My youngest girls are five and three years old and like me, they love all things twinkly! I love that these toys are full of magic but the games that they actually play with the Lite Sprites are left to their own very sparkly imaginations too.

Lite Sprites are available from lots of retailers including Harrods, Hamleys, John Lewis, Smyths and Toys R Us. For more information please visit

Wow I actually want one for me! Guess some little girls never grow up. Hopefully in a few years my daughter will want one too…just so I can enjoy as well!
