Autumn is most definitely here. There is that unmistakable nip in the air and it is definitely time to dig out my boots. And the winter duvet.
I was lured into Fat Face today by their offer of two tops for £32 (a girl can never have too many Breton tees, right?) and I could easily have bought the whole shop. Seriously. So many lovely autumnal colours. Think navy and greys, berry hues with winter whites. So many gorgeous cosy knits and prints.
What can I say? I love Fat Face. And I am weak. I just couldn’t resist.
As well as two new Breton tees, I couldn’t resist some cable knit grey tights and a gorgeous navy sweater dress too. Casual cosy gorgeousness.
I live in Breton tees and these are made from super soft cotton. I would have bought them in every colour if I could have. I love the little details though, the buttons on the cuffs of the pink top, the seam detail on the navy one. It means that I can justify the need to buy them because they are not identical to the eleventy billion others that are already hanging in my wardrobe of course.
The grey cable knit tights will look great layered. I have an old denim dress in mind in fact which will be perfect. They are just so soft and cosy though I can’t wait to try them out.
The navy jumper dress looks fabulous on. It has a fitted top but gently flared skirt so it is super flattering. I love the pretty bell sleeves and the pattern just screams cosy winter knit. I think I’ll wear this with last years brown boots. What do you think? No doubt it will appear on an outfit post some time soon anyway. I love it.
So, what haven’t you been able to resist so far this season? And what can’t you wait to dig out from last year?
