I absolutely love Hotel Chocolat and when they got in touch asking if they could send me a little something to review from their range of Easter goodies, I didn’t have to think twice! What can I say, this blogging lark is hard work but somebody has to do it. The things I do for my readers, hey? I was sent the Scrambled Egg in milk chocolate but it is also available in white, dark and even milk free chocolate.
It arrived beautifully presented in a foiled box and would make such a lovely gift. This amazing hollow egg was beautifully decorated with a wild scramble of dark and white chocolate. There’s something about breaking into an Easter egg, isn’t there? And I swear Easter egg chocolate tastes better than all other chocolate! The egg itself was lovely and thick and absolutely delicious. It also came with a box of six scrambled pralines sealed in milk chocolate. Utterly yummy! Priced at £15 I think it is really good value for what is a really luxurious egg. Maybe one for the grown-ups mind, I’m not sure that little people would appreciate just how amazing this egg is!
Hotel Chocolat as you might expect have an amazing range of chocolate treats this Easter. From amazing Egglet Selections to Easter Goodie Bags, Extra Thick Eggs to the now famous (and quite frankly out of this world) Ostrich Egg. And of course it wouldn’t be Easter without chocolate bunnies and there are more than you can shake a carrot at in milk, white, dark and milk free chocolate.
Disclaimer: I was very kindly sent this milk chocolate Scrambled Egg from Hotel Chocolat for the purpose of this review. Don’t expect me to share though, you’ll have to get your own.
