Word up! March Birchbox up for review

This month, Birchbox have created a beauty related word search designed box to hit home that they are here to help you search for – and find – your ultimate beauty discovery. You see, they recognise that we might not all be beauty geeks, so let Birchbox help you swot up and find out which products are best for you. Birchbox have done the homework so you don’t have to! Personally, that really is one of the things that I love about my Birchbox subscription. Discovering all those tried and tested products and a world of knowledge at my fingertips thanks to the Birchbox blog.

So, what is inside this month’s Birchbox? First we have the full size Arrow Boost Color Enhancing Lip Balm. Now Arrow is the new paraben free, cruelty free, vegan brand from Birchbox and this balm not only protects your lips but also adjusts to your pH to create a hue that is totally unique to you. It also has a lovely zingy fresh mint fragrance I love it. Next we have the Model Co More Brows which is another full size product. This quick drying gel creates the illusion of fuller brows in one sweep. Then we have the Polaar Ice Source Moisturizing Gel which I was really interested to try because I have a hand cream from this brand that I absolutely love. This water packed moisturiser uses the natural benefits of glacier water to hydrate, cool and mattify the complexion my skin absolutely drank it up. Perfect for when your skin is extra dehydrated in this cold weather.

Next we have the Amika Nourishing Mask which helps to seal split ends and fight dryness. This hair mask uses sea buckthorn berry and jojoba oil to soften strands and repair damage and makes for a lovely weekly treat. Then we have the This Works Pillow Spray which is actually a product I buy myself regularly so I was so pleased to see it pop up this month. Using the natural benefits of essential oils including lavender and vetivert a spritz on your pillow each night will help calm the mind and relax the senses. This was recommended to me by so many people when I suffered from insomnia and I’ve been using it ever since! And last but by no means least we have the Philip B Drop Dead Straightening Baume. This silicone free treatment not only shortens your blow dry time but also helps relax unruly hair for a straight do. My hair needs all the help it can get so I can’t wait to give this a try.

So there we have it. Yet another jam packed box of luxe beauty samples this month and of course that includes two full sized make up products too! You can subscribe to Birchbox for just £10 (+£2.95 P&P) a month and as always, the products are also available to buy from the Birchbox shop. Have you signed up yet?
