Monster High Great Scarrier Reef up for review

When the Monster High ghouls get pulled down under to the homeland of Lagoona Blue in the new movie Monster High Great Scarrier Reef, they meet up with twin sisters Peri and Pearl Serpentine and embark on an exciting new underworld adventure. My nine year old is ridiculously excited about the release of this new DVD so you can imagine her joy when we were sent this amazing Peri and Pearl Serpentine doll to review!

Peri and Pearl Serpentine are the first ever Monster High ghouls to have two heads, for double the fun. I must admit that when I opened up the box I was a bit arghh! but my daughter’s reaction was more WOW! COOOOL! So yeah, what do I know? Ha!

One thing that we love about Monster High dolls is that they each come with their own little diary and it’s such a great way to get to know the characters. Peri and Pearl are 16 and their monster parents are The Hydra and the journal lists all of their favourite things and freaky flaws. It is the little details like this and snippets from the diary entries that my daughter especially loves.

The doll itself though, she thinks is the coolest Monster High ever! Obviously having two heads makes it pretty special but it also has glow in the dark luminescent effects in the fins which are perfect for when they are deep under the Great Scarrier Reef but best of all, their tail curls around meaning that the doll can stand up all on its own.

The Peri and Pearl Serpentine doll is £23.99 RRP and Monster High Great Scarrier Reef is available separately now on digital download or DVD. For more details please visit monsterhigh.com
