House of Fraser have a great range of childrenswear with everything you might need to get your kids ready to go back to school from polo shirts to shoes, lunchboxes to backpacks. We were kindly asked to choose something to review and we really were spoilt for choice but we decided to take a look at the back to school coats and jackets.
As you might expect from House of Fraser, there is a really great range to choose from. There were some lovely quilted coats and parka jackets but actually what really caught my eye was this handy little Pack It Jacket by Regatta. We are back to school in a couple of weeks and it isn’t time for a big winter coat just yet so this seemed like the perfect inbetweeny kind of jacket that would be perfect come September.
The Regatta Pack It Jacket comes in a few different colours and patterns and my daughter chose this red flowery one which will be sure to brighten up rainy days! The jacket is unlined so perfect as an emergency wet weather jacket to pop on over whatever you are wearing. It folds right down and comes with its own little pouch too so it’s perfect for throwing into the boot of the car or a school bag for those just in case days (and let’s face it, we get an awful lot of those so it is nice to be prepared!)
The coat is waterproof and wind resistant and is made using a breathable Isolite fabric so very comfortable to wear. The coat has zip and velcro fastenings and you can even adjust the hood to keep the worst of the weather out. Priced at £30 I think it is really good value for such a versatile little jacket. This will definitely see her through the autumn months until it’s time to dig out her proper winter coat we absolutely love it.
Are you all ready to go back to school yet? Have you picked out a school coat yet?
