Happy Autumn from Hotel Chocolat

Oh how I love autumn. I was happy to cling on to summer for as long as the sun was still shining this year (and wasn’t it lovely while it did?) but now I’m ready to welcome autumn in all it’s lovely crisp gorgeousness. Bright skies and fallen leaves underfoot, apple crumbles and pockets full of conkers and of course the new autumn range from Hotel Chocolat!

I was sent some amazing goodies from the new autumn range to try out. Hey, it’s hard work, but somebody has to do it, right?

The Autumn Sleekster is packed full of the comforting tastes of the season and is perfect for sharing as the cooler evenings draw in. Shut out the world and open the lid to flavours such as Apple Crumble, Salted Caramel Vodka, Banana Bread, Florentine Isabelle, Cherry Deluxe, The Brownie, Walnut Praline, Salted Caramel Pecan Pie, Tiramisu and my favourite – Supermilk Caesar.

The great thing with the Sleekster boxes is that you get a great range of chocolates so there really is something for everyone. From pralines to caramels, boozy treats to fruity soft centres and of course new autumn favourites like Apple Crumble and Hazelnut Praline. I always think that they make such a perfect gift. Priced at £22.50 The Autumn Sleekster contains 27 chocolates (or there is also the H-Box in this range for £12.50 which contains 14 chocolates)

I was also sent some Autumn Crumbles which are every bit as amazing as they sound. My favourite pudding ever reinvented by my favourite chocolatier? Oh hello! These perfect little nibbles come in three flavours Apple, Berry, Gooseberry and Berry Crumbles for instant comfort. Priced at £7 they really do make the loveliest treat but be warned, they will be gone in one sitting. Ahem.
