What’s your sign, Birchboxers?

Throughout October, Birchbox is teaming up with world renowned celebrity astrologist Susan Miller, giving subscribers a window into what the stars hold in the month ahead – including a little beauty insight of course! Themed ‘What is your sign?’ the October box focuses on all things astrological with four drawer box designs based on the astrological elements Earth, Air, Fire and Water. As a fun extra – when the lights go out the stars on top glow in the dark!

Using your personalised beauty profile, subscribers will receive the box that corresponds to their birthday and individual star sign. Each box will include Susan’s predictions for October mapping out dates that you should take note of when it comes to conflict, love and even when to take that beauty leap you have been considering. I was born in April and am a Taurus so I was sent this Earth box.

So this month the elements have aligned to bring you a starry box that’s filled with beauty treats to complement a spectacular month ahead. First of all we have the Whish Renewing Mud Mask which is packed with fruit enzymes to brighten and purify. Then we have the Doux Me Pure Spring Mist which is a Birchbox exclusive. A busy October might leave you feeling frazzled but this mineral rich spring water will help you to refresh in a spritz. Next we have the full size Birchbox Eyebrow Brush which is the perfect tool to have stashed away in your make-up bag, you’ll never have a hair out of place.

Then we have the Rituals Magic Touch Body Cream which is my favourite product this month I think. It is so gentle but leaves my skin feeling so soft and with organic rice milk and cherry blossom it smells absolutely gorgeous to boot. Next we have the Lord & Berry 20100 Maxi Matte Crayon Lipstick which is yet another full sized product. We really are being treated this month! And last but by no means least we have the Number 4 Fluro5 Elixer Restore & Repair Oil which transforms dull hair into shiny, sleek strands. You only need to use a pump or two at a time so it’s actually a really generous sample size.

As always, you can subscribe to Birchbox for just £10 a month (plus £2.95 p&p) and for that you will get five personalised beauty treats delivered to your letterbox. I have been a subscriber myself for too long to remember and it is safe to say that I am a huge fan. It is such a lovely treat through the post every month. You can see some of my other Birchbox reviews here if you want to take a peek at previous boxes to give you a better idea. If you subscribe this October, you can get your own Earth, Air, Fire or Water box and there is a full size make-up product in every box. Right now you can also use code BLENDIT at the checkout to get a free Spectrum Collections Wonder Sponge – the must-have blending tool for a flawless finish. Disclaimer: For the purpose of this review I was kindly provided with a sample of this month’s Birchbox but I would only ever recommend a product or service that I hand on heart truly love (and I hand on heart truly love Birchbox!)
