Gilchrist & Soames London Collection up for review

It is no secret that I am a bit of a beauty addict. I love to try new products so when Gilchrist & Soames got in touch asking if I would like to take a look at their London Collection, I jumped at the chance. To me, Gilchrist & Soames is one of those British brands that just screams luxury and I don’t think I have ever used any of their products without falling completely in love with them. And of course that is echoed in the fact that they have been used in the finest hotels and spas for over thirty years.

Gilchrist and Soames London Collection boasts a whole range of products which incorporates an antioxidant-rich formulation with extracts of red tea, soy, ginkgo biloba, grape seeds and milk thistle giving a perfectly balanced and subtle fragrance. I was sent the Exfoliating Body Wash to review and it was absolutely gorgeous.

It is packed full of antioxidant-rich oils to cleanse and moisturise while the eco-friendly wax-based exfoliants gently slough away dead skin to restore your skin’s natural lustre. Not only is it gentle on the environment but it is also gentle to the skin as it is formulated with natural ingredients and paraben free making it suitable for all skin types. This huge 458ml bottle comes with a handy pump making it effortless to use in the shower and you simply massage into damp skin in circular motions over the entire body before rinsing thoroughly.

This London Collection Exfoliating Body Wash is priced at £28 and to me is worth every single penny. I will definitely be trying out more products from this range for myself. In fact, I have my eye on this Jet Set Travel Pack which includes a Signature London Travel Bag and contains the London Saddle Glycerin Soap, London Saddle Aloe Soap, London Saddle Exfoliating Vitamin E Soap, London Shampoo, London Conditioner, London Shower Gel and London Body Lotion all for just £30.

It is Gilchrist & Soames passion for luxury that really sets them apart for me and of course being founded in London means that their heritage is steeped in the rich and established customs of fine English toiletries. You can see the whole range for yourself here at
