June Birchbox (or should that be Birchbag?) up for review

June Birchbox (or should that be Birchbag?) up for review on top UK blog Mostly Yummy Mummy

Happy Birchbox day! Or should that be Birchbag day? To mark the new season Birchbox wanted to do something extra special and have come up with this limited edition Birchbag! The perfect place to stash your beauty essentials whether you’re travelling near or far. It comes in two colours and I got the zesty lemon stripe which I absolutely love. So, what’s inside this months Birchbag? Lets take a look!

First up is the Cowshed Cow Pat Hand Cream which I think has popped up in previous Birchboxes and is a firm favourite of mine. I always have one of these hand creams and their Wild Cow invigorating body lotion on the go I love them! I love the smell of this hand cream it is packed full of rejuvenating essential oils like grapefruit and coriander. But it leaves your hands feeling wonderfully smooth without that horrible greasy feeling. Next is the MeechNMia Brow Liner which is a full sized product. This oh-so-precise pencil has been specially created to glide on naturally and is perfect for sparse or uneven brows.

Then we have the Ecotools Eye Enhancing Set which is another full size item. This set of dual ended brushes are crafted from soft cruelty free bristles and pick up the perfect amount of product for blending, smudging and defining. I love that I get twice as many brushes in half the space in my makeup bag with them being dual ended. Next we have the Bobbi Brown Extra Eye Repair Cream which melts into skin quickly to brighten, smooth and prep your skin. It is described as an espresso shot for tired under-eyes and quite frankly, who doesn’t need that? It has got to be worth a try! Which leads nicely on to the final product this month which is the Scrub Love Coffee Body Scrub. After we’ve woken up our under-eyes we can get to work on waking up our whole body with this exfoliating body scrub. It is made from 100% natural ingredients and stimulates circulation while buffing away dead skin cells and hydrating as it goes. I haven’t tried it yet, I thought I would save it for Monday morning so that it can have the most impact! Ha!

With two full sized items and the Birchbag itself, June feels like a really bumper month. I have to say I loved every single item! I’m a big fan of Birchbox as you will know if you are a regular reader but some months feel better than others and this is one of those! You can subscribe to Birchbox for just £10 (& £2.95 p&p) per month and if you sign up now, not only will you get the Birchbag with five personalised beauty treats, you will also receive a free Ciate bronzer.

*For the purpose of this review I received a press sample of this months Birchbag but I would only ever recommend a product or service that I hand on heart truly love (and I hand on heart truly love Birchbox and am a subscriber myself!)
