We are huge fans of Lalaloopsy so my daughter was really excited to get her mitts on this new Storm E. Sky doll to review. This autumn sees the launch of a brand new range of large Lalaloopsy dolls which for the first time, have real hair. To celebrate the arrival of Storm E. Sky we had a little rock festival in the garden just for her as she loves all things music!
For those of you not in the know, Lalaloopsy were once rag dolls who magically came to life when their last stitch was sewn. Cute and wholesome, Lalaloopsy offers kids a whimsical world of characters with unique personalities drawn from the fabric used to sew them and aims to teach children through the doll and accompanying Netflix episodes that everyone is unique with all kinds of different personalities and styles.
This new Storm E. Sky character was introduced to Lalaloopsy Land earlier this year and she loves all things music. As you can see, she really enjoyed rocking out in the garden! She has hair that can be brushed and styled and comes with her own pet called Cool Cat. She has a super cool outfit on with big chunky boots and a glittery tutu. (The little guitar in her hand in these pictures was actually made of cardboard and my daughter saved it from the original packaging!)
My daughter absolutely loves her and is especially fond of all the little outfit touches like the bow in her hair, silver waistcoat and of course her button eyes. Being able to style her hair is a real novelty too and I think these dolls are a great new addition to the range. The hair is really soft and lovely to play with. It has a little curl in it too so makes the cutest bunches.
Priced at just £19.99 RRP I think Storm E. Sky is great value for a large Lalaloopsy doll. The dolls are available in toy shops now or you can find out more by visiting lalaloopsy.com. Oh and don’t forget to follow the adventures over on Netflix too!
